Machine introduction:
The newly developed E-STAR EBI-60 empty bottles online visual inspection system for E-STAR is running capacity of 60,000 bottles / hour. It is specialist in –line quality control inspection systems based on vision. The inspector through the modules design,integration and become including high-tech content testing machine. To improve canned quality, reduce production energy consumption,and help users develop steadily.
The system is configured with Base, Finish, two Sidewalls Inspection and residual liquid Inspection. The performance electronic and the camera technology tested mechanical structure are combined into this device, ensuring security and reliability maximally.
